Brought to You by Kevin & Sarah Arrow of Content Nitro

Start making the money you want, shatter your earnings barrier without packing your schedule with calls and 1:1 clients morning, noon and night…

Hello Brave Entrepreneur,

Here’s something no one tells new entrepreneurs, coaches, speakers and authors: the number of 1:1 clients you need just to break even is… well, it's overwhelming.

I bet you never thought you’d have to be on the phone all day long (every single day) just to make the money you want for the life of your dreams! Or, writing endless status updates and posting them into Facebook groups, and don't get me started on how much content LinkedIn, Twitter or your blog needs!

In fact, if you’re like many of the entrepreneurs I know, you’re probably asking yourself…

  • How can I get a break from working all the time without compromising my income?
  • How can I even create the right content when I'm working with clients?
  • How do other people make this look so effortless?
  • Is it even possible to get to 6-figures without feeling stressed and totally overwhelmed?

Here’s a little truth bomb: You can create content easily and quickly.

But you’ll need a strategic content plan, not just any content plan. One that works with you and not against you.

You can work smarter, not harder!

You’ve got a business, and you need content - it fuels your business. Content is business cards, brochures, blog posts, status updates in Facebook groups, it's audio, it's video and it's everywhere, But you’re only one person, and you can only do so much each day before your energy is maxed out.

You need a content plan that works with you, not against you. And here’s the truth. When you do this right, you can easily deliver enough content to generate new leads (even when you're not at your computer).

If you’ve ever wished you …

  • Exactly what to write and when  to write it
  • Have the freedom to work with a plan that makes a positive impact
  • Impact the lives of your followers in a bigger, more profound way (without spending all your time chained to your keyboard)

Then you need a content plan that will work for you so that you don’t have to work as hard to achieve your goals.

If you’ve been running around in circles with all your ideas and haven’t been able to put them into marketable (and profitable) content, then isn’t it time you (finally!) create your winning content plan...

Imagine being able to:

Hear PayPal notifications as you work, the sound of another e-book or e-course sale coming through so you can focus on your 1-2-1 work

Say yes, you CAN go out to that brunch or Friday night out because you aren’t glued to your phone, desk or computer trying to make crank out the content you need to fuel your lifestyle

Pay for what you need, buy the items on your wish list (like that gorgeous Hawaii holiday you’ve been eyeing up!), and never worry about money again

Because here’s the thing about being an entrepreneur, it’s all in your hands. You’ve got incredible talent, amazing gifts, and people need you. Now it’s time to learn how to put your expertise in money-making content plans that’ll sell themselves so you can live  your life of freedom outside your home office.

Ready to have it all?

Discover the four key types of content every business owner needs to create, no matter what business they're in.

The first step in creating a successful content plan is defining goals.
You'll learn how the four types of content directly impact different business goals.
You'll then use that information to pick a focus for your content plan (no more create and cross your fingers)
You'll get clarity around how your content will help you achieve your goals.

Module 2: Who Are You Creating Content For & What Plan Can You Realistically Commit To?

For any content marketing plan to work, you need to know your audience well.
So in this module, you'll learn how to create a customer profile that goes above beyond the usual demographics and psychographics. For each type of content, you'll explore exactly what questions are in any customer's mind, so that you can create the most effective content to meet their needs.

It's easy to get carried away with content plans that sound wonderful, but are impossible to implement. In this module, you'll explore the different questions you need to answer to ensure your content plans are achievable. You'll put together a one-page content marketing plan that summarizes your goals and how you'll get there.

Module 3: Create Your Editorial Calendar & Planning for Future Growth

With a realistic content plan in hand, you can start creating your editorial calendar for content you want to publish.
In this module, you'll discover how to put together a calendar that outlines the most important information they need to stay on track and take action on your plan. We'll give tips for coming up with content ideas, as well as a checklist for ensuring consistent quality content.
Future Growth - because no one stays static
As you get more comfortable with content marketing, you'll want to expand your efforts and adjust for the changing needs of their business. In this module, you'll learn how to maintain momentum, manage your time, and keep an endless supply of content ideas available whenever you need it.

Module 4: Present Your Content Planning Activity

In this 1-2-1 session you'll share with me your content planning. You'll present your content plan via Zoom to gain feedback as well as make yourself accountable to your content plans!

Don't panic - this is a joyful experience where you present your new born content plan to your course colleagues. Think Mufasa presenting Simba in the Lion King.

We'll also give you hints and tips to help you carry on with your content plan and ask you to clarify any murky areas so you can get content marketing working for you!

P.S if the thought of being accountable to your plan and presenting it this way scares you you'll know that the fear is showing you the way and blocking you until you recognise it's presence. This session isn't mandatory but will feel amazing I promise!

Content Planning Didn't Come Naturally To Me

I wasn't born with the organisation gene. If you've got this, I'm jealous.  Creating content isn't something that comes easily or naturally to me, but I mastered it because once I understood that content is everywhere, I knew, intuitively, it would support my business goals if I let it.

I also knew that flying by the seat of my pants would only get me so far when it came to content planning. I remember the first time I did it I used a diary... It worked, but it missed some of the more important elements relating to content planning.

The more we work with 1-2-1 clients, the more we realised that there had to be a more efficient content planning process, one that you could use and still have a life, even if you live and breathe content...

Our content planning training doesn't have a sexy name, it doesn't have a complicated system, it just incorporates the content marketing fundamentals and makes your life so much easier.

Succeed At Selling

Over two years ago I worked out that I needed to blog, but didn’t know where to start or even why blogging might be good for me. I had heard on the grapevine that blogging was something I needed to do and so I googled blogging. Finding the Arrows 30 Day Blogging Challenge on Google was perhaps the best thing that happened to my business. I quickly got stuck into writing like a demon every day for 30 days. At first, I wasn’t sure exactly what the impact would be on my business, but I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to do it properly. I also met a lot of other amazing and similar minded people in the groups that the Arrows run. At the end of the first challenge I realised I had created about 30,000 words of content. That’s pretty much a book! Addicted, I did it again and added another 30,000 words of content to my website. Then after speaking with Sarah and Kevin, I used that content to devise several marketing strategies to attract new clients to me and my site, Succeed at Selling. The outcome is that I not only have some wonderful tools that attract new clients, but blogging has helped me to document and design my course content too. When I start to write a new course I just refer to my blog where the majority of my content is held. Whenever a client asks a sales question, I often direct them to a blog post that will not only help them, but saves me time as I don’t need to explain it in depth to them and they have the post to refer to whenever they need it. Since meeting the Arrows, I constantly have ideas for posts and how I might communicate that to my prospects and customers. I am more organised with my blogging, structured and dare I say it pretty skilled at writing. Not bad for a girl who failed her English exam at 16!
